We are one of a few small businesses with comprehensive written procedures for all our major business processes. We stress excellence in design and have our own in-house Computer Aided Design system to speed design and the permit process. One of our projects, a whole house remodel at 118 Hickman St., Rehoboth, DE, won the Main Street Rehoboth 2007 “Cottage Award” for residential renovation. The award recognizes excellence in design and execution of projects that maintain the “cottage” appeal of the town.

James Stevenson

James has been president of One Call Services, Inc since 2010. He purchased the company from his father in January, 2012. As a husband and father he values the importance of family and work, which is evident in his respect and interactions with his customers. His goals for the company are to bring quality and innovation while expanding services into more markets. James is a Certified Graduate Remodelor and has a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Delaware.

Khara Landon

Khara is the Vice President of OneCall Services, Inc. Khara formerly owned Broadkill Services, a masonry company, until 2009 when she joined the OneCall team full time. She has completed an extensive training program including field work in carpentry, sales estimating, and computer aided design. She is currently working with the NAHB to become a Certified Graduate Remodelor. Khara holds a BS in Biology and Chemistry from North Carolina Wesleyan College, where she played women's soccer and softball. She is a graduate of Cape Henlopen High School. Khara's hard work, attention to details, and integrity are just what our customers are looking for.

David Stevenson

Dave is the founder of One Call Services, Inc (retired). He still acts as a consultant for the company. Dave is a Certified Graduate Remodelor, Certified Aging in Place Specialist, and built one of the first "Green" homes in the country.
